		KTI Energy Inc.

			Vice President Project Development

		Responsible for corporate marketing and project development in areas of:
		waste to energy, biomass and recycling in US, Europe and Asia.

		Negotiated contracts for project development, including:  power sales,
		host sponsorship, site acquisition, joint venture partnerships, fuel supply
		and waste disposal.

		Managed permitting processes for waste to energy, landfill and recycling projects.






1984-1986	KTI ENERGY INC.

		Responsible for project construction, management, project development and 
		fuel supply contract negotiations.






1971-1984	SOUTHERN MAINE REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION
			Executive Director

		Financial and operational administration of quasi-municipal multi-functional planning
		and development organization serving 41 towns, cities and counties in Southern Maine.
		Responsibilities included:  economic, environmental, transportation, resource management
		and land use planning as well as operation of transit, solid waste and development loan
		organizations.  Supervised staff of up to 20 professionals including lawyers, engineers
		and architects.






1968-1971	YORK COUNTY COAST STAR
			Assistant Editor

		Responsible for editorials, editorial page make-up, reporting and darkroom management
		for national award-winning weekly newspaper in Southern Maine.
